Head teacher's message

Welcome to Swan Lane First School. Our aim is to provide a happy, secure and caring environment, in order that each child is able to achieve his or her full potential. Our teachers and teaching assistants work hard to provide a structured, stimulating and exciting curriculum.

As Headteacher, I am proud of our school and everything we achieve here. This is brought about by the hard work and dedication of everyone who works at Swan Lane. We are very well supported by our governing body, and we work closely with parents and carers.

I hope you enjoy looking at our website which will give you an insight into what daily life is like at our school.

Graham Walker

"An outstanding school that buzzes with life and learning, and where every pupil flourishes and shines, and where the improvement journey never ends."

"The standard of teaching is very good. My son has great respect and admiration for his teacher. He makes excellent progress."

"Always really happy with the school and everything we hear about it. My daughter has always enjoyed going and gets on well with the teachers."
